A Platform for Talent Showcase

C-DAC placements provide a platform where students can showcase their talents, which various companies seek to explore and utilize. Over the years, a large number of graduates have successfully secured jobs through these placements. The performance, especially this year, has been overwhelming.

Shaping Careers from Day One

The moment a student steps foot at C-DAC, the process of shaping and moulding them for the real world begins. The focus, from day one, is to prepare students to bag the best possible offers from industry bigwigs by the end of the six-month Post Graduate Diploma programmes.

Exploring Placement Opportunities

C-DAC assists students in exploring placement opportunities by inviting companies for a Common Campus Placement Programme (CCPP). The final placements at C-DAC are a culmination of systematic and continued interaction with the industry, ongoing career counselling, and grooming of the students by mentors and the Career Development Centre.

National Level Common Campus Placement Programme (CCPP)

Before the Placement day, C-DAC presents the podium where thousands of students participate in the National Level Common Campus Placement Programme (CCPP). This programme is conducted in five regions: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Patna, and Pune. More than 500 companies across India visit these regions for recruitment.

The Interview Process

The interview process usually starts with a company introduction that enlightens the students about the company profile. This is followed by a written test, group discussion, and personal interview. The underlying idea is to acquaint the students with the companies, their culture, domain, differentiation from their competitors, job roles, growth rate, expectations from students, selection process, required skill sets, and other aspects needed to build a lasting career.

Success Stories

A great number of new as well as regular companies visit the National Level Common Campus Placement Programme (CCPP) every batch. C-DAC has been successful in placing more than 2000 students every batch, creating a plethora of success stories.

In conclusion, C-DAC’s Placement Management System (PMS) has been pivotal in bridging the gap between academia and industry, providing students with ample opportunities to kickstart their careers in the industry.
